Make the ordinary, extronidary: bring to life a standard ballroom and transform the sapce into an immersive conference setting that could inspire attendees. Our team jummped at the opportunity to create an striking and unique produciton design that was logistically efficient and viable.

The final solution included creation of custom video content, concept rendering and lighting direction ultimately creating an impactful production in an otherwise ordinary space.

The concept was to challenge convention by creating a stage design that was fresh and exciting with a focus on intricate visual styling. To achieve this Halcyon came up with idea of splitting the video surface across three LED screen pillars, using lighting elements to link the screens.
